ai consulting began in November 2005 when a group of forward-thinking consultants and trainers decided to pool their expertise and offer organisations a genuine alternative to traditional corporate training.
Dr Tim Luckcock, Kate McAllister, Paul Nicholson and Andy Smith, are all professionally trained in the pioneering approach of Appreciative Inquiry. Each are committed to proving the tangible and long-term benefits that AI can have for any organisation, regardless of size, sector or output.
We are also part of a wider AI network and have been trained by Anne Radford, the pioneer of Appreciative Inquiry in the UK.
Wherever people are involved, our consultants can harness potential, develop confidence and unlock the power of positive engagement.

What makes us different?Combining years of experience, tried-and-tested methods, and scores of satisfied clients, ai consulting is also able to provide the ‘personal touch’.Many management consultancies – due to their size and methodological approach – lack the warmth and approachability which can be crucial to the success of any external intervention. At ai consulting, we believe strongly that employees need to feel comfortable and at ease if they are to truly reap the benefits of our services. That is why we are committed to a friendly, personalised approach, developing an atmosphere of trust in which staff feel valued and engaged in the process of change. |
